The entrance is a little easy to miss the first time, even though it's right off the road, so heads up! Once inside, you'll notice the pick-up spot is right at the front, with the order counter further back. The space itself is on the smaller side, but the outdoor area more than makes up for it. Giant Connect Four and Giant Jenga? Yes, PLEASE, perfect for lounging. The menu is on a TV screen behind the counter, and fair warning: the font runs pretty small, so it helps to know what you want ahead of time. And trust me, you'll want to know because beyond the classic coffee drinks, they have a seriously fun lineup of unique flavors and specialty drinks that are absolutely worth exploring. I was personally lured in by their Banana Bread Latte from an Instagram post. Guilty as charged. You can also build your own drink - the available flavors are posted on the back of the espresso machine near the register. Came in on a Friday at lunchtime and it was busyyyyy - two ladies running the show and keeping up like champs. My drink took about 20 minutes, which my husband wasn't thrilled about, but honestly? Totally worth it. They also take phone orders, which can add to the wait but pro tip:

Been here 3 times and every drink I have tried is amazing. I love the variety and how friendly they are. The best drinks in Modesto in my opinion.

Everything about this place is outstanding, including their chill music of choice. My favorite coffee drink so far is the iced white mocha, definitely worth trying. First time here. This place is amazing! SO MANY varieties of drinks and amazing pastries. Kid friendly with games and they even have free pacman and mortal combat!! Also a beautiful pupperz greeted us. A MUST VISIT type of place. We got the Half Baked and Banana Bread Matcha drinks as well as a Dubai Chocolate cookie and regular choc. chip cookie. The flavors did NOT disappoint! New fave fo sure <3

Pure Grind is definitely one of my top coffee shops! Their staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The coffee is delicious and they have a variety and I mean a huge variety of drinks to choose from! The atmosphere is great for hangouts with your friends, catching up on school or work, or just a nice relaxing time for yourself. I love how they always have different themes and create new menu items as well as decorating their coffee shop to those themes! It’s definitely a great vibe!
